We are seeking a diligent and meticulous support professional to assist with day-to-day operations and provide fundamental technical assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Duties:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, scanning, and correspondence.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and reminders.
- Manage staff life health insurance.
- Book air tickets and hotel reservations.
- Support the CEO and Admin Manager with daily tasks and special projects.
- Assist with documentation and record-keeping of the Admin department.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and inventory tracking.
- Help coordinate company events, internal communications, and logistics.
- IT Support Duties:
- Provide support for hardware and software issues (computers, printers, network).
- Assist with setting up workstations for new employees (email setup, access rights, etc.).
- Troubleshoot basic connectivity or user-related issues.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Coordinate with external IT support providers or vendors as needed.
- Support regular data backup and software updates.
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or technical support role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
