We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive with at least two years of relevant experience to join our Group Legal Team.

This role is ideal for individuals who have gained hands-on experience in legal support and are looking to continue developing their career in a fast-paced and professional environment.

About the Role

As a Legal Executive, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, maintaining case files, and supporting the team in ensuring compliance with relevant local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on Omani law, including precedents and case laws, to provide accurate advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to draft high-quality legal documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Organize and manage legal paperwork, maintain case files, and ensure all necessary documents are prepared for court filings, meetings, and hearings.
  • Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized university.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a legal environment (previous positions in law firms or legal departments).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
