Legal Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Executive to join our dynamic legal team.
This role is ideal for individuals who have gained hands-on experience in legal support and are looking to continue developing their career in a fast-paced and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct legal research on Omani law, including precedents and case laws, and any other relevant areas of law as directed by senior team members.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, memoranda, resolutions, and reports. Review and organize legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain case files, legal documents, and correspondence. Organize and manage legal paperwork and assist in preparing documents for court filings, meetings, and hearings.
- Support the team in ensuring compliance with relevant local laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized university.
- 2-3 years of experience in a legal environment (previous positions in law firms or legal departments).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
