Facilities Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial and contractual aspects of FM, including preparing and issuing contract correspondence, preparation and review of order of costs, materials on site assessments and reconciliation, financial reporting, liaison with consulting engineers and employers' representatives, review of contractors' cost proposals, agreement of re-measurement methods and payment recommendation of monthly statements/valuations.

You will work closely with the operations director to ensure the smooth execution of these tasks, utilizing your expertise and experience to drive success and growth. Your role will involve leading the commercial and contractual aspects of FM, preparing and issuing contract correspondence, and reviewing and approving order of costs and materials on site assessments.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management, a BSc or HNC qualification or above and preferably at least 3 years' GCC or international experience in a similar capacity. Proven man management skills and experience are also essential for this role.
