The Channel Business Development Manager drives business growth and performance by developing and executing best-in-class channel programs, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives.

Main Goals
  • Develop and implement effective channel programs, ensuring successful execution according to set program guidelines and plans.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and internal stakeholders to drive collaboration and growth.
  • Manage joint market offering plans and quarterly marketing development and promotional efforts.
  • Drive channel performance through best-in-class marketing campaigns, including events, awareness activities, traffic generation, and new store openings.
Talent Management and Development
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering empowerment and ownership.
  • Develop capabilities and secure a solid succession plan.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify training needs, and oversee development plans.
Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
