Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digitalization strategy aligned with organizational objectives and long-term vision.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assess current processes and identify areas for digital optimization and automation.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of digital tools, platforms, and solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Oversee the development of digital solutions, including software applications, data analytics, and IoT devices, to address business challenges and enhance competitiveness.
  • Drive cultural change and promote digital literacy across the organization by providing training, guidance, and support to employees at all levels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital initiatives, track key metrics, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Foster partnerships with external stakeholders, including technology vendors, consultants, and industry peers, to leverage expertise and resources.

Leadership Skills

  • Provide overall direction for the effective achievement of department objectives through leadership of the HR department and by setting individual objectives, managing performance, recruiting qualified staff, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal.
  • Integrate digital capabilities into processes, projects, and team dynamics.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the Heads of Departments community to synergize efforts across SIP Group for the successful achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Seek and establish ways to develop talent across SIP Group, championing talent solutions.
