
Document Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Document Coordinator.
Responsibilities:- Record and manage incoming and outgoing documentation, both hard copy and soft copy.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of documents, including drawings, agreements, and reports.
- Classify, sort, archive, and retrieve documents using specific indexing and filing systems.
This position involves managing documents, drawings, and reports, as well as uploading and downloading files from FTP sites as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proficient in computer software programs, including word processors, spreadsheet programs, and database systems.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
The selected candidate will be responsible for performing routine administrative activities, supporting the division in completing tasks and objectives accurately on a daily basis, and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous self-development within the division.
