Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and converting them into business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Generating leads through market research and networking
  • BUILDING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND CONVERTING THEM INTO BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
  • Understanding technical specifications and preparing tailored proposals
  • Coordinating with the service execution team for smooth delivery
  • Meeting sales targets and reporting to management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 9+ years of experience in HT Motor Rewinding Sales
  • Proven track record with 3+ years' sales experience within the Motor Rewinding industry and/or 5 years plus sales experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Motor Rewinding business
  • Ability to work individually in a fast-paced environment with minimal support
  • Solid computer experience, organizational and communicative skills
