Job Title: Cross-Functional Maintenance Technician

","About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cross-Functional Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Multi Skilled Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's electrical and mechanical systems.

","Daily Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including laundry and kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, motors, fans, water treatment plants, pumps, electrical panels, and emergency generators.

  • Repair and maintain transformers, low-tension electrical panels, audio/video cables, computer cables, and MTAV systems.

  • Perform maintenance tasks throughout the hotel premises, including new extensions or properties maintained by us.

  • Respond to guest maintenance requests within 15 minutes of receipt.

  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to uniform standards.

  • Keep plant rooms, workshops, and related areas clean and organized.

  • Evaluate safety standards and contribute to maintaining a safe environment for all.

","Requirements:

  • An associate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

  • A minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience.

  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.

  • Able to read technical drawings and schematics.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
