Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced project manager to lead our power plant projects from conception to completion.

  1. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing EPC contracts for power plants, substations, and overhead lines. At least half of their experience should be with a contracting company involved in the execution of power plant projects.
  2. They should have expertise in managing multinational subcontracts for design and other specialized services.
  3. Responsibilities will include effective management, speedy execution of projects, optimum resource planning and mobilization, and liaisoning with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Candidates with relevant experience in major power plant contracting companies would be most ideal.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage EPC contracts for power plants, substations, and overhead lines.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and mobilization.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in power plant construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
