Work Summary

The Recruitment Specialist will play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving our talent acquisition efforts. They will work closely with various stakeholders to identify talent pools, develop recruitment plans, and monitor recruitment metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all recruitment activities, including job posting, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as headcount, FTE, attrition rate, recruitment cost, and cycle time.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Behavioral Science/Psychology with 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or Diploma in Management plus 10 years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in E-Recruitment systems and competency-based interviews.
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
