Job Title: Construction Project Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Lead to oversee all aspects of construction and renovation projects from planning to execution.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, with experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities include collaborating with division heads to determine project requirements, preparing technical scopes of work, and leading project teams from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with division heads to determine project requirements and prepare technical scopes of work.
  • Lead project teams from planning to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate between departments, purchase, consultants, and contractors to justify requirements and prepare detailed plans.
  • Evaluate quotations and scope of works to ensure they meet project requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues raised by the HSSE department.
  • Update line managers through weekly progress reports to monitor project status.
  • Attend meetings with department heads to discuss project progress and required actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil) or equivalent qualification. Nationality: Any nationality. Male. 1 Vacancy.
