Canonical's innovative cloud solutions have empowered global enterprises to harness the power of private cloud infrastructure, Linux and cloud native operations.

We are seeking a Junior Cloud Field Engineer to collaborate with customers on designing and deploying cutting-edge cloud solutions, as well as handing over these solutions to our support or managed services team for seamless execution.

  • This role encompasses diverse responsibilities including architecture, technology deployment, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Our team members work closely with technologies to solve customer problems through expert-level technical guidance, presentations, and training.
  • They leverage Python to develop Kubernetes operators and Linux open-source infrastructure-as-code.

The ideal candidate boasts a solid background in computer science, possesses a deep understanding of cloud computing principles & technologies, and holds intermediate to advanced-level skills in Python programming.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in new challenges, and demonstrate a drive for continuous learning and growth.
