Responsibilities
  • Direct, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of a team of skilled professionals.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all systems, equipment, and facilities.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, maintenance issues, and emergencies, ensuring timely resolution.
Project Management
  • Plan and manage projects, renovations, and upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment logs, and compliance inspections.
Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with local and state regulations, including fire, health, safety, and environmental codes.
  • Conduct regular training for staff and oversee adherence to safety procedures.
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to maintain high service and performance standards.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
