Operations Manager Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role in which you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.

You will be responsible for monitoring and improving guest satisfaction metrics, handling guest complaints and feedback proactively.

Ensuring all operational standards, processes, and policies are implemented and consistently followed is key to your success in this position.

You will work closely with department heads to manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

  • Oversee front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance operations.
  • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction metrics.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of proven experience in hotel operations management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
