Job Title: Policy Manager – Islamic BankingRewarding Opportunity in Policy Management

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a Policy Manager to join our esteemed organization, where they will be responsible for handling policies and procedures framework for the Islamic Window. The successful candidate will analyze, understand, and develop policies, procedures, processes, and charters to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures framework for the Islamic Window
  • Analyze and understand existing policies and procedures, identifying gaps and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely review and completion of documentation
  • Present documents and details for clarification, including to senior management
  • Evaluate the implementation and adherence to policies and procedures

Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • University degree with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Islamic Financial Institutions
  • In-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and operations of Islamic Financial Institutions
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing policies and procedures
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment
  • Knowledge of Shariah principles and practices
