Game Operator

The Game Operator is a critical role in ensuring the overall success and customer satisfaction of our gaming facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and assist guests with game instructions and information, creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters engagement and fun for all visitors.

  2. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, maintaining a high level of customer service and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.

  3. Monitor children's behavior and activity in game areas, enforcing safety rules and reporting any violations to ensure a safe environment for all guests.

  4. Conduct daily start-up and shutdown checks of games, report technical malfunctions promptly, and perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain the integrity and functionality of our equipment.

  5. Ensure all equipment and play areas are clean and sanitized, following cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain a clean, friendly environment.

  6. Assist with day-to-day operations in the shop, coffee shop, or reception, helping with marketing activities and contributing to the overall success of our gaming facilities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer queries and complaints.

  • Basic maintenance and repair skills, including troubleshooting and minor repairs.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
