Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Leader to lead our commercial business in Oman. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving transformative opportunities in line with global and regional market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic and economic frameworks for corporate development by collaborating with senior executives.
  • Initiate, implement, and manage mergers, acquisitions (M&A), and corporate development projects.
  • Oversee post-merger integration strategies and provide guidance on corporate governance, partner relationships, and portfolio company performance.
  • Conduct strategic reviews of portfolio companies to offer insights and recommendations for growth and organisational changes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience in corporate development, innovation, or strategy, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in investment appraisal, M&A due diligence, and valuation.
  • Investment banking experience is desired.
