We are seeking a highly skilled Productivity Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in driving project delivery improvements by leveraging your expertise in engineering discipline knowledge/experience and digital technology best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementation and Training Assistance: Provide high-quality implementation assistance, configuration, deployment, and training support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Standardization and Integration: Drive standardization and integration across projects to achieve synergy and efficiency gains, resulting in improved project delivery.
  • Project Management: Assign projects to teams and provide assistance in planning and managing execution phases, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Process Enablement: Work closely with project teams as part of the team, coordinating daily activities and acting as an interface for enabling appropriate processes, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with clients and internal product & operations teams to deliver all aspects of awarded work scope, ensuring successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Project Site Support: Provide project site support and operations, working closely with subject matter experts and product teams to deliver value to clients.
  • Client Support: Support clients, PMO teams, AWP/WFP teams, and owners in project execution, including coordination between sites, client head offices, and stakeholders.
  • Data Infrastructure: Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, product, data, and design teams, to assist with data-related technical issues and support data infrastructure needs.
  • Product Enhancements: Develop implementation plans and strategies for deploying improvements through process or system enhancements, working closely with product development (software) teams for user feedback, bug fixes, and product improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Prepare business workflows and detailed functional requirements for enhancing products, identifying and assisting in enhancing products and services for continuous improvement.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay informed and up-to-date with industry standards and best practices, familiarizing yourself with company projects and initiatives.
Business Development & Implementation Support Related:
  • Business Development Assistance: Provide business development assistance and project support, assisting in strategic planning, market opportunity assessments, and support for developing and executing project implementation plans.
  • Stakeholder Onboarding: Support the onboarding of stakeholders into flagship products and promote usage skillfully, overcoming user resistance.
  • Process Mapping: Develop expertise in company processes, identifying, preparing, and mapping client current workflow processes in an 'as-is' manner, analyzing for potential improvements and working closely with operations teams.
