Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all accounting transactions, including financial statements, account reconciliations, and tax compliance. You will also handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, as well as ensure timely bank payments and manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. A CPA or CMA certification is also required. In addition, you should have 5+ years of progressive professional experience in accounting, including leadership or supervisory roles. Advanced knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance standards is essential. Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP, and experience with ERP systems is also necessary. Finally, exceptional analytical skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to present complex financial data to senior leadership and stakeholders.
