We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience to lead projects forward. Candidates with expertise in insurance and implementation of large-scale systems are preferred.

Project Management Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, encompassing scope definition, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans
  • Improving project processes and methodologies
  • Sourcing and allocating necessary resources efficiently
  • Monitoring progress and reporting project status regularly
  • Establishing contingency plans in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors to minimize project risks

The Project Manager will also be responsible for documenting meeting minutes, circulating them to relevant stakeholders, tracking items, maintaining RACI matrices, risk registers, and ensuring stakeholder coordination.
