Job Summary:

The primary function of this role is to handle government-related processes and ensure compliance in visa procedures, employment documentation, licenses, and other regulatory requirements.

This position acts as the liaison between the company and governmental bodies, including the Royal Oman Police (ROP), Ministry of Labour (MoL), Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), and Public Authority for Social Insurance (PASI).

  • Manage employee visas, renewals, and cancellations, including labour cards and residence permits.
  • Coordinate with ROP, MoL, MoCI, and PASI for employee and company-related processes.
  • Arrange medical tests, biometrics, and ID card processing.
  • Renew and update company licenses and commercial registrations.
  • Prepare and submit official letters to various government departments.
  • Ensure compliance with Omani Labor Law in all job activities.
  • Represent the company during government inspections or audits.
  • Track visa expiry dates and maintain employee and company legal documents.
  • Manage PASI registration and updates for all staff.
  • Follow up on traffic violations, fines, and related ROP processes.
  • Assist HR in preparing employee letters.
  • Handle document attestation from ministries and embassies.
  • Coordinate with external service agencies if necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • Omani National (mandatory).
  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Valid Omani driving license.
