Job Title: Business Growth Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients, understanding their financial and remittance needs.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and implementation plans that drive business growth.
  • Monitor market conditions and provide insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry, preferably in sales or business development roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
