Job Description

Liva Insurance Oman is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Industry Client Liaison to join our team. As the primary point of contact for client inquiries, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless management of group medical insurance inquiries and claims.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main contact for client inquiries regarding group medical insurance, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Claims Management: Assist clients in navigating the claims process, providing guidance on documentation and follow-up.
  • Training and Support: Provide training sessions for client employees on insurance policies and claims procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, claims status, and service requests in the CRM system.
