Sommeilier Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Sommelier Leader to oversee the restaurant and beverage experience. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall dining experience, while also ensuring that all established policies, procedures, and best practices are in place and strictly enforced.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Director of Food & Beverage in enhancing the restaurant and culinary experience.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
  3. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menus and daily specials across all outlets.
  4. Demonstrate expertise in the wine list and provide informed recommendations to guests.

Requirements:

  1. A Hospitality Management Degree or some college education is preferred.
  2. Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is acceptable.
  3. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, along with the ability to reside in a remote location for extended periods and travel on a single status basis.
