Wine Connoisseur

We seek a highly skilled Wine Connoisseur to lead our restaurant and beverage team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of menus, wine lists, and daily specials, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support to the Director of Food & Beverage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Continuously assess Food & Beverage amenities, menus, and wine lists to ensure relevance and alignment with wellness and sustainability practices.
  2. Collaborate with Guest Services, Reservations, and Front Office to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience.
  4. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menus and daily specials across all outlets.

Qualifications:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service outlet or a similar setting.
  2. 3+ years of demonstrated sommelier experience.
  3. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, along with the ability to reside in a remote location for extended periods and travel on a single status basis.
