Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative Support. This individual will play a vital role in helping our internal teams organize and complete tasks, track progress, and maintain clear documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a willingness to learn and grow in a project-based support role.

As an Administrative Support, you will work closely with our internal teams to provide general support for administrative and project activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in coordinating projects from initiation to completion
  • Providing administrative support for time-sensitive tasks
  • Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes
