Project Coordination Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of projects, within budget and to the required quality standards, while leveraging their expertise in project management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and supervise projects to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate resources and tasks towards timely execution of projects.
  • Define project scope, objectives, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, set deadlines, and evaluate performance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the project team and senior management, providing regular updates and escalating issues as needed.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to minimize project disruptions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and performance metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil) or related field from a reputable university

Experience: 20-25 years in project management, with a focus on water and wastewater network and infrastructure projects.

Skills:

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Dynamic personality with a can-do attitude
  • Assumes ownership of responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software.
