Project Lead

Job Summary:

We seek a skilled Project Lead to oversee and coordinate people, processes, and resources in water and wastewater infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Plan, supervise, and coordinate project activities from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate resources and tasks towards timely and optimal execution of projects.
  • Scope Definition: Define project scope, objectives, roles, and responsibilities in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, set deadlines, and evaluate performance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communication: Act as the primary liaison between the project team and senior management, providing regular updates and escalating issues as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to minimize project disruptions.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with agreed-upon scope.
  • Customer Interaction: Effectively interact with clients and consultants.
Requirements:
  • Education: BE in Civil Engineering or related field from a reputable university.
  • Experience: 15+ years in project management, with a focus on water and wastewater network and infrastructure projects.
  • Skills: Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations. Dynamic personality with a can-do attitude. Assumes ownership of responsibilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software.
