About the Spa Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to provide exceptional spa services to guests.

The ideal candidate will have a nationally recognized qualification in health therapy, minimum 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting, and strong leadership and team management skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional spa services by recommending treatments and offering product knowledge.
  • Examining treatment rooms before beginning a treatment to ensure they are set up and equipped according to standards.
  • Inspecting Spa areas to ensure cleanliness and providing a clean environment for guests.
  • Carrying out spa treatments to the highest standards, adhering to protocols and local regulations.
  • Receiving guests and ensuring consultation questionnaires are read prior to treatments.
