The Spa Manager position involves overseeing the daily operations of the spa and wellness center with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences inspired by traditional and modern Asian wellness practices. The role includes managing spa staff, ensuring service quality, developing treatment menus, and driving revenue through personalized services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of spa operations including scheduling, guest service, and treatment quality.
  • Develop and implement spa menus with a focus on Asian therapies and wellness traditions.
  • Lead, train, and motivate spa therapists and reception staff to maintain five-star service standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback and respond promptly to any concerns or service recovery needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa offerings, seasonal packages, and wellness programs.
Requirements
  • Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role in a luxury spa or wellness center.
  • Deep knowledge of Asian spa practices and wellness philosophies is essential.
  • Experience working in a five-star hotel or resort spa preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
