As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the hotel's marketing strategy and enhancing its brand visibility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive occupancy and revenue, while engaging target audiences across all channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with sales, revenue, digital, and F&B teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and maximum market impact.
  • Develop and maintain digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Maintain and update hotel website content, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and user engagement.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials (brochures, banners, ads, menus, etc.).
  • Manage hotel presence on OTAs, review platforms, and third-party listings.
  • Track marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the revenue team on pricing strategies and promotional offers.
  • Build relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers for PR and brand exposure.
  • Support the launch and promotion of hotel events, F&B activations, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences to inform strategy.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with brand standards and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Hospitality.
  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel marketing or hospitality-related marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with luxury or lifestyle hotel branding is a plus.
