The Business Solutions Strategist serves as a strategic and technical leader who bridges the gap between business needs and technology-driven solutions. This role is pivotal in the design, development, and delivery of scalable automation, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives. Working across cross-functional teams, the strategist drives product innovation, supports sales with expert insights, manages end-to-end project implementation, and acts as a trusted advisor to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of business and technology solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable, client-centric ERP and automation strategies.
  • Continuously monitor technology trends and innovations to refine solution offerings.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to align features with market needs.
  • Partner with sales and presales teams to develop tailored proposals, demos, and presentations.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with client budgets, needs, and IT infrastructures.
  • Lead project scoping, client assessments, requirement gathering, and detailed planning.
  • Oversee execution, reporting, risk management, and handover to support or operations teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Train and mentor internal teams on product capabilities, best practices, and solution frameworks.
  • Maintain thorough solution documentation and foster cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business solutions, consulting, or ERP implementation.
  • Experience with automation tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo), and digital transformation projects.
