Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Strategist to lead our business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to drive company growth.

About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Growth Strategist located in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative strategies and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
- Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts to drive sales growth
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to accomplish organizational goals

Requirements

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related specialty
  • Plus five (+5) years of experience as a commercial manager or business development manager in the building material (tile/sanitary ware) industry
  • Excellent business development, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prepare sales reports and manage CRM tools
