Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maintaining existing client relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
  • To analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • To create and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • To stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve sales performance.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
  • To provide exceptional customer service to build trust and loyalty with clients.
  • To stay organized and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
  • To work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance.
  • To communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to share knowledge and ideas.
  • To participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment preferred.
