**Sales Manager Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to lead our sales activities and drive business growth. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing all sales strategies and maximizing business opportunities in your area of responsibility.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve targets and maximize productivity.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate prices and quotes with customers to secure new business and retain existing accounts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
**Requirements**
- Ideally possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
- Good problem-solving, administrative, and highly organized with multi-tasking skills and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in governmental sales and a hospitality background is essential.
- Local experience and Arabic speaking is preferable.
- Proficiency in hotel systems.
