Role Summary:

This is a key role that requires the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure smooth organization functioning. The incumbent will handle a wide range of responsibilities, including policy analysis, development, and translation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement policies and procedures framework for the Islamic Window (IW).
  • Develop new documents by researching and benchmarking with other banks and internal practices.
  • Review documents prepared by other departments or external parties for IW.
  • Ensure compliance with review process for IW documents.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, control functions, business units, and other departments for timely review and completion of documentation.
  • Present documents and details to concerned parties for clarification.

Requirements:

  • Oman National preferred.
  • University degree holder with 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Islamic Financial Institutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and operations of Islamic Financial Institutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
