Specialist - Emergency Medicine (ER) Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Specialist in Oman, in the prestigious field of Emergency Medicine. The successful candidate will be working in the ER department of a reputable client of Domo Ventures.

Job Summary:

  • To provide medical care and treatment to patients in the ER.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage of incoming patients in the ER.
  • Overseeing patient care, treatment, and recovery.
  • Participating in research efforts and clinical studies.
  • Maintaining clinical records in line with regulations and standards.
  • Clearing patients for discharge or further procedures with specialists.
  • Conducting follow-up to monitor patient's condition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in medicine.
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree.
  • 3 to 7 years of internship and clinical residency training, specializing in Emergency Medicine (ER).
  • Fellowship or its equivalent such as Arab Board/Indian Board to practice as a Emergency Medicine Physician.

Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the field of Emergency Medicine.

Licenses:

  • Valid MoH License as a Specialist Emergency Medicine (for Candidates within Oman).
  • For candidates applying outside of Oman should be eligible to have a medical license as per the Oman MoH category.
  • Hold a valid medical license from your home country.
