Beauty Consultant Job Description

The role of a Beauty Consultant is to provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to meet sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer experience and use effective sales techniques to reach targets.
  • Maintain high standards of grooming and ensure counter cleanliness.
  • Build and maintain strong guest experience standards.
  • Assess customers' needs, provide assistance, and meet or surpass expectations.
  • Advise customers on product ranges and demonstrate usage and benefits.
  • Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets.
  • Participate in achieving incentives and track post-launch sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience.
  • Beauty background with skincare and body care is an advantage.
  • Understanding of luxury customer experience journey.
  • Positive orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
