
Human Resources Strategic Advisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR operations and strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment. This role partners closely with business leaders and regional HR teams to deliver impactful HR solutions, ensure legal compliance, and drive employee engagement across field and office locations.
The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor on workforce planning, performance, employee relations, and cultural alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the focal point for all product lines, aligning HR support with operational priorities.
- Serve as the primary HR contact, providing strategic guidance to management and employees.
- Conduct regular meetings to ensure visibility and employee connection.
- Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, succession, and organizational design.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with local labour law.
- Partner with global HR teams on compensation, mobility, talent management, and learning programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a culture of inclusion and performance.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to influence decisions and optimize workforce strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR with strategic goals
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of local labour law and regional HR practices
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
- High level of emotional intelligence and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Law (Master's or HR certification preferred)
- 8–15 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a business partnering role
- Experience in related sectors is preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic
