Job Title: Mixology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mixology Expert to join our team. As a key member of our beverage service, you will be responsible for creating unique and exceptional cocktails that exceed guest expectations.

In this role, you will work closely with our food and beverage team to develop new menu offerings and improve existing ones. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as ensuring that all equipment and ingredients are properly stored and used.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong passion for mixology and a keen eye for detail. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new cocktail recipes and menu offerings
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Ensure that all equipment and ingredients are properly stored and used

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in bartending or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wines, and mocktails
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
