Leadership Role in Food and Beverage Service

The position of a food and beverage supervisor is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Operations Management: Supervise daily F&B service operations to maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and support service staff during shifts, promoting hotel standards and procedures.
  • Service Quality Control: Monitor service flow, table setup, cleanliness, and presentation in all assigned F&B areas.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth food and beverage delivery. Monitor inventory, manage requisitions, and ensure availability of supplies and equipment.
  • Guest Relations: Resolve guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (including HACCP).
What We Need From You:
  • Education and Experience: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food & beverage service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of food & beverage service procedures, wine and cocktail basics, and POS systems.
  • Flexibility: Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
