Our Bartender Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team in Muscat. As a key member of our hotel bar, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Create and serve drinks according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every glass.
  • Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building strong relationships and fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Take orders accurately and offer recommendations when requested, showcasing your expertise and knowledge of our beverage menu.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions using our point-of-sale system, providing seamless and efficient service.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of all beverages and menu items, staying up-to-date with trends and developments in the industry.
What We Require
  • Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a hotel or upscale bar/restaurant, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine, with a passion for learning and sharing new discoveries.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, managing multiple orders and requests simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and bar equipment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
