Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embedded Linux Senior Software Engineer to join our team. This is a challenging and exciting role that requires strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in working with Linux, C, and C++ programming languages, as well as strong knowledge of kernel development and system architecture.

They will be responsible for designing and implementing the best Ubuntu integration for the latest IoT and server-class hardware platforms and software stacks. They will also work with partners to deliver a delightful, optimised, first class Ubuntu experience on their platforms.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in Linux development, including kernel development and system architecture
  • Strong knowledge of C and C++ programming languages
  • Good understanding of networking protocols and technologies
  • Experience working with open source communities and licenses
  • Experience working with Docker/OCI containers/K8s
