Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for the Bakery Division.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  4. Product Education: Provide in-depth product knowledge and expertise to clients during presentations.
  5. Sales Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  6. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  7. Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to design promotional campaigns for bakery products.
  8. Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  9. Industry Engagement: Attend industry trade shows and events to promote products and expand network.
  10. Trend Forecasting: Forecast market trends and advise management on potential opportunities.
  11. Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports and regularly update management on performance.
  12. Feedback Implementation: Implement feedback from customers to improve product offerings.
  13. Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor junior sales staff as necessary.

Required Qualifications

  1. Degree Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Experience Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
  3. Skill Requirements: Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Negotiation and Presentation: Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  8. Time Management: Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  9. Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  10. Baking Knowledge: Knowledge of baking processes and products is a plus.
  11. Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  12. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  13. Organizational Skills: Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  14. Food Industry Experience: Prior experience in the food service industry is an advantage.
  15. Rapport Building: Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
