Security Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled security professional to fill the role of Marine Construction Security Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our marine construction sites.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive security plan that addresses vulnerabilities and ensures compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential security threats.
  • Lead and manage on-site security personnel, including scheduling, training, and supervision.
  • Respond to and investigate security incidents, accidents, or breaches.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in security management or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of security management experience, preferably in large-scale or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime security protocols and international port security standards.
  • Leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
