Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Risk Management Executive to join our team. As a senior-level security professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies to protect our port facilities and marine construction sites.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a risk management strategy that minimizes vulnerabilities and ensures compliance with maritime security regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential security threats.
  • Lead and manage on-site security personnel, including scheduling, training, and supervision.
  • Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to enforce safety and security protocols.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in security management or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of security management experience, preferably in large-scale or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of maritime security protocols and international port security standards.
  • Leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
