The primary objective of this leadership position is to oversee and drive the success of retail operations across multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops strategic plans to maintain optimal store performance, collaborating with senior management to set seasonal targets.
  • Maintains visual merchandising standards across all locations in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Collects and provides feedback on VM standards to retail and brand teams.
  • Cultivates effective relationships with operational teams for seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Develops key performance indicators to measure departmental efficiency and conducts regular field assessments.
  • Conducts thorough store tours to ensure organized displays and adequate staffing levels.
  • Prevents financial losses and maintains stock control objectives.
  • Ensures adherence to exceptional customer service standards and implements enhancements as needed.
  • Monitors competitors' strategies through market analysis and provides recommendations for contingency planning.
Requirements and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; an MBA is highly desirable.

At least 6-8 years of experience in the retail industry, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office applications.
