The Cost Controller is a key member of the Finance team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions. This includes conducting month-end inventories, monitoring security control, and maintaining par stocks on all inventoried items.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Conduct regular spot checks on procedures for purchasing, receiving, storing, and issuing.">
  • Ensure proper issuance of F&B and non-F&B items from the stores.">
  • Establish and maintain cost allocation transfer systems for F&B and accurately post inter-department transfers.">
  • Compare quoted prices to invoice prices and verify invoices on a selective basis.">
  • Develop and enhance purchasing and cost control policies and procedures.">
  • Assist in researching discrepancies on invoices and ensure full compliance with internal controls.">
  • Perform other similar or related duties as instructed by management.">

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in financial software and tools is also required.
