Our team is seeking a Senior Cost Analyst to join us in delivering projects and creating value for our clients. This role requires the ability to partner with stakeholders to establish project cost control and reporting methodologies.

The successful candidate will develop procedures for estimating modifications and additions to facilities, prepare and supervise the preparation of estimates, and receive engineering estimates from lead engineers.

They will also incorporate these estimates into overall project estimates, prepare rationale statements to support estimates, and validate and verify estimates using high-level norms and previous estimates.

This Senior Cost Analyst will take ownership of the cost control function, ensure data integrity, and interface with project personnel to develop project forecasts and analyze project costs.

Additionally, they will liaise with clients to clarify cost-related issues, develop timely and meaningful monthly invoices, and ensure payment according to contract terms.

They will work closely with the Accounts Department to prepare project invoices and monthly financial reports, implement financial controls, and prepare budgets in conjunction with engineering and construction team members.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least 15 years of experience as a Cost Analyst or Project Accountant. They should have experience with SAP and mainstream Cost Controller systems like Ecosys.
